These Terms and Conditions apply to all paid downloads of digital content (PX\u2011eBooks) offered via https:\/\/www.philodex.com\/shop.The offer is available to adults worldwide. Contract languages are German and English.<\/p>\n

2. Conclusion of Contract<\/h4>\n

  1. The presentation of products in the shop constitutes a binding offer to conclude a contract for the download of digital content.<\/li>\n
  2. By clicking \u201cBuy now\u201d, you accept this offer and the contract is concluded.<\/li>\n
  3. Before completing the purchase, you must expressly agree that<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • the execution of the contract begins immediately, and<\/li>\n
    • you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      This is required by EU law for digital content not supplied on a physical medium.<\/p>\n

      All prices include applicable VAT.

      1. Accepted payment methods are credit cards and PayPal.<\/li>\n
      2. Statutory interest applies in case of late payment.<\/li>\n

        5. Delivery and Download<\/h4>\n

        1. Delivery is made by providing a download link via email.<\/li>\n
        2. The link is sent immediately after the order is completed.<\/li>\n
        3. The link may be used three times and is valid for seven days as of the date of purchase. A replacement link is not guaranteed.<\/li>\n
        4. You are responsible for securing the file after download and for providing suitable software to open it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          2. You receive a simple, non\u2011transferable, perpetual licence for private use only.<\/li>\n
          3. Usage rights are granted only after full payment.<\/li>\n
          4. Digital files may contain visible or invisible personalisation.<\/li>\n
          5. In cases of intentional unauthorised distribution, the provider reserves the right to claim damages.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            • The following are not permitted:<\/li>\n
            • sharing with third parties<\/li>\n
            • public distribution<\/li>\n
            • commercial use<\/li>\n

              Your right of withdrawal expires once the download begins, after you have expressly agreed to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledged the loss of that right.<\/p>\n

              1. Statutory warranty provisions apply.<\/li>\n
              2. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence where legally permitted.<\/li>\n

              4. The provider is not liable for technical issues outside their control.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
